Application Support Engineer - South Manchester

We are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer/infrastructure engineer to join our market leading SaaS client. This is a customer facing role supporting a range of bespoke applications, both hosted and on prem, where you will need demonstrable experience installing, migrating and configuring SaaS applications.

You will need experience troubleshooting complex issues in both an operational support role and for new project work.

Key responsibilities

* Lead installations, upgrades, and configuration of bespoke solutions in client environments, coordinating closely with internal teams

* Act as a senior escalation point, providing expert level support and taking full ownership of advanced technical incidents

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex server, software, and compatibility challenges

* Build and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and deployments to support knowledge sharing
