Change Manager - COINS ERP Transformation

£500/day (Inside IR35) | 16-Month Contract | Hybrid UK

Ready to lead the people side of a major ERP transformation?

We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption, engagement and business readiness across a large-scale COINS ERP transformation programme. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the end-to-end change workstream, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, teams are prepared, and new ways of working are successfully embedded.

What you'll be doing:

**Leading the change strategy and business change plan
**Delivering stakeholder engagement, communications and training programmes
**Driving business readiness across regional, site-based and central teams
**Tracking adoption, managing risks and supporting go-live, cutover and hypercare activities
**Working closely with programme, project and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

What we're looking for:

**Proven experience leading change on large transformation programmes
**Strong stakeholder management, communications and training expertise
**Excellent project management, governance and RAID management skills
**ERP transformation experience, ideally with COINS ERP
**Experience in construction, homebuilding or operational field-based environments is highly desirable
