Role Overview

We are looking for two motivated and curious Graduate Commercial Executive to support the smooth running of the business while contributing to events delivery, consulting project delivery, marketing activity, research projects, and operational support of the business.

This role is designed for a recent graduate who wants broad exposure across a fast-growing consultancy. The successful candidates will get exposure to the different teams and activities of the business, and it will be a great opportunity to grow different skills and potentially move into one of our teams in the future.

Graduate Development & Progression

This role is designed as a graduate entry point with structured development and progression opportunities. You will:

• Gain exposure across projects, operations, research, consulting, events, and marketing

• Receive on-the-job learning, mentoring, and regular feedback

• Be encouraged to take ownership of tasks and initiatives as confidence grows

• Develop transferable skills in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and analysis

• Have the opportunity to progress into more specialised roles over time (e.g. project management, research, consulting, marketing, or operations)

Project & Operations Support

• Provide general administrative and operational support

• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation

• Support onboarding and internal processes

• Assist with coordination across teams and projects

Events, Marketing & Research Support

• Support planning and delivery of external events

• Assist with marketing activity and preparation of materials

• Carry out desk-based research and present findings clearly

• Support ad-hoc projects across the business

Creative & Design Support (Development Opportunity)

• Support slide design, layout, and visual presentation

• Assist with basic video editing for events or marketing content

• Help produce branded materials for events and digital use

• Develop design skills using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or similar

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Desirable:

• Interest in creative, marketing, or research work

• Familiarity with basic design or video tools
