The OpportunityOur client is looking for an experienced Finance BI & Analytics Manager to take a lead role in their global finance data transformation. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team that sits at the crossroads of Finance and Data, ensuring that financial reporting is accurate, timely, and strategically valuable.
In this role, you'll guide the development of revenue data models, manage end-to-end processes that underpin key business decisions, and lead a talented team of analysts. You'll work closely with stakeholders across finance, data engineering, and operations to ensure data flows are reliable, compliant, and optimised for a fast-moving global business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the build and optimisation of processes that transform raw revenue data into accurate, usable outputs.
- Collaborate with finance and data teams to improve workflows and ensure smooth data integration across multiple brands.
- Act as the primary liaison for large-scale data warehouse migration projects.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and maintain robust governance frameworks.
- Lead projects to implement new revenue models and migrate key datasets.
- Analyse product and wallet data flows to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering technical growth and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
- Help shape a global business intelligence strategy that connects divisional and group-level goals.
What We're Looking For
- Solid academic foundation.
- Track record of leading complex, data-focused projects.
- Familiarity with finance processes and SOX compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in modelling and querying relational databases.
- Leadership experience in a large-scale organisation.
- Interest in sports and betting is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle shifting priorities.
- Clear and confident communicator who can work effectively across teams.
- Proactive problem solver with an eye for process improvement.
