CFO

A globally scaling, technology led organisation is entering a critical phase of its evolution, transitioning from a high-growth environment into a commercially disciplined, internationally scaled business with public market accountability.

The CFO will be instrumental in shaping this transition, operating as a strategic partner to the CEO, whilst building a world class finance function. This role requires a leader who can balance capital markets credibility, operational rigour, and forward looking strategic insight in a complex, fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of public company compliance, including oversight of regulatory filings, disclosure controls, and financial reporting cycles in line with international standards.
  • Own the end-to-end investor relations strategy, including earnings preparation, guidance frameworks, and market communications.
  • Develop a compelling and data driven equity narrative, articulating the company's transition from high-growth investment phase to scalable profitability.
  • Design and implement a scalable global finance operating model across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and continuously improve financial control frameworks, including internal controls (e.g., SOX readiness where applicable), audit processes, and risk mitigation structures.
  • Define and execute a disciplined capital allocation framework, balancing investment in technology, infrastructure, and geographic expansion with return thresholds.
  • Lead all aspects of M&A activity, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-merger integration.
  • Structure and negotiate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alternative financing arrangements to accelerate growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a CFO (or divisional CFO) within a high-growth, international business, ideally with exposure to public markets environments.
  • Deep expertise in capital markets, investor relations, and financial governance in a listed or listing-ready company.
  • Strong technical grounding in financial reporting, controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling finance functions within complex, multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction organisations.
  • High intellectual agility, resilience, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the financial and strategic trajectory of a business at a defining moment in its lifecycle. The CFO will have a direct impact on value creation, market positioning, and long-term success, working alongside an ambitious leadership team.
