What You'll DoThe Financial Reporting Manager/Group Reporting Manager role presents an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a high-calibre leadership team and partner with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality financial reporting, enhance governance frameworks, and contribute to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for group statutory reporting and consolidation, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage the external audit process, serving as the main liaison between the auditors and internal teams.
- Own and enhance group reporting systems and processes, driving automation and efficiency across global entities.
- Deliver technical accounting guidance for new standards, acquisitions, and complex transactions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including board and investor reporting packs.
- Collaborate with FP&A and commercial finance teams to ensure alignment between management and statutory reporting.
- Lead continuous improvements in internal controls, governance, and compliance across the group.
- Contribute to the integration of new acquisitions into the group reporting framework.
- ACA (or equivalent) qualified accountant with relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical accounting background, ideally trained within a top-tier audit firm.
- Proven experience in group consolidations, multi-entity reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Experience within a high-growth software or scale-up environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for building efficient processes in a dynamic setting.
