In this key role, you'll be right at the heart of transforming how we manage procurement contracts, preparing data for migration to a cutting-edge digital platform (Ivalua), and helping us streamline processes. If you're detail-driven, digitally fluent, and thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments, we want to hear from you.

Whether you're already an expert in Ivalua or bringing transferable skills from similar platforms, your insight and energy will help shape the future of procurement for a net-zero world.

What You will Bring:

  • Procurement expertise: Strong background in contract management within digitally evolving organisations.
  • Digital know-how: Practical experience with Ivalua and SAP Ariba (especially S2C and CLM modules), and a deep understanding of data migration and metadata management.
  • Analytical skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power BI for handling data and documents.
  • Governance understanding: Familiarity with public procurement frameworks and compliance, ideally including the Public Sector Procurement Act 23
  • Collaboration strengths: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills - even without direct authority.
  • Bonus points for: Experience in energy, utilities, or public sector, and exposure to supplier onboarding and performance/risk tools.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the transformation: Collate, cleanse, and structure contract data from systems like Ariba, SharePoint, and supplier portals into a centralised, migration-ready repository.
  • Champion digital change: Align metadata and documents with new system (Ivalua) requirements, ensuring accuracy, governance, and data integrity.
  • Enable smarter contracts: Use Ivalua's collaborative tools to manage contract templates, clause libraries, and version control - ensuring legal compliance and consistency.
  • Collaborate for impact: Work closely with category leads, legal, finance, digital teams, and suppliers to fill gaps, resolve discrepancies, and drive quality.
  • Shape the future: Identify opportunities to improve and future-proof contract lifecycle processes and contribute to new standard operating procedures.
