Duration: 9 Months with potential to go perm
Location: Central London (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Cedar are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of key workstreams within this strategic transformation for a growing FS business based in London.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of full lifecycle delivery from mobilisation and design through to implementation and transition into live operation.
You will work across multiple stakeholders including product, engineering, architecture, operations, risk, compliance and third party suppliers, ensuring alignment, clarity and momentum throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end project delivery with clear governance, planning and controls
- Shape and oversee service design across customer journeys, operational processes and technical enablement
- Facilitate cross functional and third party workshops to define functional and non functional requirements
- Manage cross workstream dependencies and RAID logs to ensure predictable delivery
- Oversee vendor onboarding and integration delivery in collaboration with procurement and technical teams
- Define and validate integration specifications including APIs, data mapping, security and non functional requirements
- Lead SIT and UAT cycles, defect management and quality assurance
- Ensure regulatory, fraud, AML, security and operational resilience considerations are embedded in delivery
Key experience
- Strong governance, planning and RAID management capability
- Experience leading technical integration initiatives involving APIs and multi system connectivity
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a transformation setting
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across senior leaders, engineers and external partners
- Experience working with regulated processes including fraud controls, AML, GDPR and operational resilience
- Confidence challenging architectural and operational inputs to support balanced, risk aware decisions
