Project Manager

Cedar is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to support a large-scale transformation programme for a global business. The role will focus on delivering improvements across HR operations, including the implementation of an integrated HR and Finance platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of a complex HR transformation programme
  • Document and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
  • Engage with stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners
  • Support the implementation of Oracle HCM solutions
  • Facilitate workshops to define future-state processes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering HR transformation programmes
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM (essential)
  • Experience with HR and Finance system integration
  • Strong project management capability across full lifecycle delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working with third-party vendors or delivery partners
