Our client is seeking a talented and proactive BI Senior Analyst to join their high-performing Finance Business Intelligence and Analytics team. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering a unified financial data strategy across a diverse, global business.

The team supports the full suite of financial reporting needs-from daily operational insights to statutory financial disclosures-across multiple brands and geographies. In this role, you will help shape and implement a global financial data model with an initial focus on tax, ensuring that financial metrics are defined, understood, and consistently applied across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build automated workflows to support cross-brand tax reporting, accommodating varying regulatory requirements.
  • Develop a unified analytics model aligning commercial KPIs with financial revenue reporting across multiple business units.
  • Translate financial terms into structured data definitions and ensure consistency of use across the group.
  • Drive process automation using ETL tools, promoting efficiency and alignment.
  • Provide technical mentorship and training to team members.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to meet statutory obligations and support audit processes.
  • Convert business requirements into specifications for data modelling and reporting.
  • Lead the design and deployment of business intelligence tools and visualisation platforms.
  • Promote technology best practices and scalable analytics processes.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong academic background in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Databricks); experience with Retool is a plus.
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying and modelling relational databases.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts; tax reporting experience is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in KPI modelling-ideally within the iGaming or betting industry.
  • Interest in sports and betting is a bonus.
  • Proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
