Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: £165,000 - £185,000 + bonus & benefits
The Opportunity
Cedar is partnering with a large, technology-driven organisation undergoing a significant enterprise platform transformation. The business is modernising its core systems, technology architecture, and operating model and is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead one of its most critical initiatives.
This role will involve taking ownership of a complex, multi-year programme with a delivery organisation of approximately 120 people, cutting across technology, operations, and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a large-scale enterprise platform transformation, including core systems, integration, and operating model change
- Take full accountability for programme governance, planning, budget, and delivery assurance
- Lead a cross-functional team of circa 120, including internal teams and external delivery partners
- Act as the primary interface between technology, business leadership, and executive sponsors
- Manage complex dependencies across legacy systems, new platforms, and business change
- Ensure delivery milestones are met while maintaining quality, risk control, and stakeholder confidence
- Drive consistent delivery standards and best-practice programme management across all workstreams
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience as a Senior Program Director / Programme Director within enterprise-scale technology environments
- Proven delivery of large platform, ERP, core system, or digital transformation programmes
- Track record managing programmes with 100+ people and significant budgets
- Strong governance mindset with the ability to operate in regulated or complex corporate environments
- Gravitas and credibility at executive and board level
- A delivery-focused leader who can bring structure, pace, and accountability to complex change
