Seniorr Change Consultant
Cedar are recruiting a Senior Change Consultant for a leading professional services organisation undergoing a significant enterprise-wide transformation and are seeking an experienced Senior Change Consultant to drive strategic business change across a complex, partner-led environment.
This role requires an individual with deep expertise delivering organisational change across large-scale transformation programmes. The successful candidate will lead Change activities supporting an enterprise transformation focused on improving organisational effectiveness, optimising ways of working and driving operational efficiency.
The programme includes significant ERP-led transformation, alongside wider operating model and business change initiatives, requiring a Change professional who can assess impacts, drive adoption and deliver business readiness across multiple stakeholder groups.
Previous experience within a professional services environment is essential, alongside proven experience engaging senior leadership teams and partners within a partnership-led organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Change Management activities across a major enterprise transformation programme
- Develop and execute Change strategies aligned to transformation objectives
- Lead Change activities supporting ERP and business process transformation
- Conduct organisational impact assessments and drive business readiness and adoption activities
- Influence senior stakeholders and partner populations to support transformation outcomes
- Support operating model and organisational change initiatives focused on business efficiency and effectiveness
- Define and track adoption measures and Change outcomes
- Proven experience operating as a Senior Change Consultant / Change Lead across complex enterprise transformation programmes
- Strong Change expertise across ERP, operating model, business or technology transformation initiatives
- Experience delivering Change within ERP-enabled transformation programmes
- Previous professional services experience is essential
- Experience engaging and influencing partners within partnership-led organisations
- Strong stakeholder management capability across complex environments
- Knowledge of recognised Change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
