Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Transformation Project Manager to lead the implementation phase of a business and finance transformation programme.
The design phase has been completed across several initiatives, and we now need someone to drive delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity and is comfortable working in a growing business where processes, systems, and ways of working are still evolving.
This is not a traditional PM role. You'll be expected to operate as a hybrid Project/Programme Manager leading workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and rolling up your sleeves to ensure things get done.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of a 9-month transformation programme.
- Drive implementation across ERP improvements, finance process optimisation, and business change initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Establish appropriate governance, reporting, and risk management.
- Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption.
- Remove blockers and maintain momentum across the programme.
- Proven experience delivering transformation programmes in complex or ambiguous environments.
- Finance background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Experience across finance processes, including AP, AR, Billing, GL, Reporting, FP&A, and Finance Systems.
- Strong Agile, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering ERP or finance transformation initiatives.
- Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
- Down to earth and pragmatic.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

- Happy to get into the detail when required.
- No-nonsense approach with a focus on outcomes.
