Growth Marketing Lead

The Growth Marketing Lead is responsible for driving Celerity's new business marketing strategy, delivering integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, strengthen strategic partner relationships and support the sales team in acquiring new enterprise customers.  This role provides an opportunity to shape marketing strategy and the chance to make a measurable impact on business growth. As the business continues to grow, this role offers a clear pathway for career progression and increased responsibility, and is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional looking to step into a commercially focused role with strong ownership and autonomy.Working closely with the Marketing Director, New Business Team and strategic technology partners, the role will own the planning, execution and optimisation of growth marketing activities across Celerity's key technology pillars, including Cyber Security, AI, Data Resilience, Infrastructure and Software.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, software, MSP or professional services as well as in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.  They will have a strong understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing and be commercially minded with a focus on measurable business outcomes.As a person you will be curious and proactive, a creative problem solver, a confident communicator and collaborative team player with a passion for continuous development.Key Responsibilities Growth Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Own the delivery of Celerity's new logo marketing engine.
  • Build campaign plans aligned to strategic sales priorities and target industries.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to drive demand.
Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver digital, email, social media, webinar, event and partner marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and continually optimise activity to improve ROI.
Lead Generation
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies that deliver measurable pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with the New Business Team to ensure marketing activity supports sales priorities.
  • Manage campaign nurture programmes using HubSpot and other marketing technologies.
  • Track campaign performance, lead quality and conversion through the sales funnel.
Partner Marketing
  • Build strong relationships with strategic technology partners including IBM, Veeam, Lenovo and others.
  • Develop joint marketing campaigns and maximise partner marketing investment (MDF).
  • Coordinate co-branded campaigns, events and content.
Events & Executive Engagement
  • Plan and deliver executive roundtables, webinars, conferences, exhibitions
  • Manage agencies and suppliers where required.
  • Ensure all events deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Content & Communications
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop compelling campaign messaging and content.
  • Produce campaign briefs, customer stories, landing pages, email campaigns and promotional copy.
  • Ensure all communications reflect the Celerity brand and value proposition.
Performance & Reporting
  • Produce regular reports on campaign performance and marketing contribution to pipeline.
  • Analyse marketing metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records within HubSpot and CRM systems.
  • Present campaign performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Practices and Business Unit leaders.
  • Support wider marketing initiatives where required.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative marketing team.
