The Role:

As a Graduate Education Sales Consultant, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to:

• Build and nurture relationships with schools and educators
• Manage the end-to-end sales process – from sourcing candidates to placing them in rewarding roles
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with professionalism and integrity
• Contribute to our client’s mission of improving education outcomes across the UK

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that combines sales, communication, and a passion for making a difference in education.

• Through a mix of mentoring, workshops, and hands-on experience, you’ll learn:
• Recruitment fundamentals and consultative sales techniques
• How to develop a professional and ethical approach to client relationships
• The inner workings of the education recruitment sector
