Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Project Engineer for a contract role in the installation of sprinkler, gas suppression, and water mist systems in a data centre environment. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all phases of system installation, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation of sprinkler, gas suppression, and water mist systems in a high-security data centre environment.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure all installations are completed in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project progression.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in managing or engineering the installation of fire suppression systems (sprinklers, gas suppression, water mist) in mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in data centre environments is a plus.
