The role

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software and networks

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internal users

• Support system upgrades, installs and maintenance

• Work across desktops, laptops, printers and basic network infrastructure

• Deliver excellent customer service and user support

What you’ll need

• Previous IT support experience or strong technical knowledge

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car

• Strong problem solving skills and a proactive attitude

• Good communication skills with non technical users

• Desire to learn and progress within IT
