Data Analyst - Psychometrics & HR Tool Development

You will join Central Test's Research & Development department, working alongside occupational psychologists, psychometricians, data scientists, and researchers, contributing to the creation and statistical validation of psychometric tests and HR tools.

Your role

You will contribute to the development, revision and validation of our psychometric tools.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Data collection, analysis, quality control, and statistical validation of psychological models and HR frameworks
  • Keeping up to date with industry advancements and applying these to our processes
  • Quality control of Central Test's platform, including standardisation and scoring
  • Contribution to technical platform conception and redesigns, such as the "Tests" module
  • Ensuring consistency in scoring, data display, and reporting logic across evolving products, in collaboration with IT team
  • Project management and contribution to other projects on a need basis

Your profile

  • Diploma/Degree in a quantitative field (Psychology, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related)
  • Strong statistical expertise, including good knowledge of R and ideally Python
  • Knowledge of Classical Test Theory (CTT), Item Response Theory (IRT), CAT, and an interest in further developing skills in these areas
  • Initiative taking: we need someone who will go out of their way to ensure they conduct their tasks in the best way possible and suggest improvements to existing methods
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information to varied audiences
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Interest in psychology and the HR field
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team
  • The ability to work with a diversity of people and adapt to an international working environment
