Bring your hands-on expertise in Windows, Microsoft Intune/MDM and Entra ID, troubleshooting end-to-end across endpoints, network, security, POS systems and business applications. You’ll help keep the technology foundation across retail stores, warehouses, showrooms and corporate offices resilient and connected.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage network infrastructure including routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, VPN, WiFi, and secure connectivity across European offices, showrooms, and retail stores
- Manage Microsoft Intune/MDM and Entra ID, including MFA, device compliance, encryption, and endpoint security
- Lead technical setup for new store openings, refits, relocations, and pop-ups, including POS hardware, printers, scanners, tablets, and payment terminals
- Support retail technology including Cegid Y2, Teamwork Commerce, payment systems, mobile registers, and store peripherals
- Support 3PL and warehouse technology including networks, RF devices, scanners, RFID, barcode and label printers
- Manage infrastructure requirements supporting SAP connectivity, network printing, secure system connections, and POS-to-ERP transactions
- Manage device procurement, imaging, asset configuration, and hardware standards
- Work with Japan HQ, the Netherlands hub, vendors, and external partners to ensure European implementations align with global standards
Ideal Candidate
- <Important:> Able to explain complex technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Cyber-security, or a related field
- 5+ years' hands-on experience in Windows connectivity and troubleshooting across multi-site or office environments
- 5+ years' hands-on experience with Windows, Intune/MDM, and Entra ID, including end-to-end troubleshooting
- Proven experience supporting retail technology deployments including POS, payment systems, and store hardware
- Knowledge in configuring networks, firewalls, and specialist devices within 3PL or warehouse environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune/MDM, Entra ID, MFA, and endpoint compliance
- Experience supporting SAP connectivity and system-to-system infrastructure
- Experience with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba, SAP S/4HANA, RFID, PowerShell, or SASE is advantageous
- Comfortable working across a global, multicultural environment and during busy retail periods

- Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum depending on experience
- Job Type: fixed-term contract
