About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Rack & Stack / AI Hardware Engineer to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing AI infrastructure team. In this role, you will play a critical part in deploying, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance computing systems that support large-scale AI workloads.

You’ll be hands-on with physical server installations (rack & stack), cable management, troubleshooting, and maintaining high-density GPU clusters in data centers or lab environments. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of the AI infrastructure powering next-generation machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform rack & stack operations: unboxing, racking, mounting, and cabling of AI servers, GPU systems, switches, and other hardware.
  • Install and configure hardware components including high-performance CPUs, GPUs, NICs, and storage devices.
  • Follow site policies around safety, change control, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory of hardware components and ensure proper asset tracking.
  • Collaborate with network engineers, system architects, and data center staff to support system bring-up and testing.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues in lab or data center environments.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for power, cooling, and cable management.
  • Support hardware refresh cycles, upgrades, and component replacements.
  • Document deployment processes and hardware configurations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in data centre or large-scale hardware installation roles
  • Strong experience with NVIDIA DGX/HGX systems or similar GPU deployments
  • Familiarity with structured cabling standards (CAT6/OM4)
  • Experience working in hyperscale environments preferred
  • Certifications: CompTIA Server+, DCIM training, manufacturer training (NVIDIA preferred)
