It supports national and allied armed forces with cutting-edge, integrated solutions across air, land, and sea domains.The role:Code technical publication stylesheets using PERL languageDevelop database solutions to store and retrieve company informationInstall and configure information systems to ensure functionalityAnalysing, planning, and defining data architecture framework, including security, reference data, metadata, and master dataMigrate data from legacy systems to new solutionsImprove system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating new elementsOptimize new and current database systemsDefine security and backup proceduresCollaborating with other teams within the organisation to devise and implement data strategies, build models, and assess shareholder needs and goalsProvide operational support for Management Information SystemsThe individual:Proficiency in PERL is essentialProficiency in SQL and C#Experience with data visualization is highly desirable.Proficiency in MS ExcelExperience in data modelling, metadata management, data synthesisExperience gathering and analysing system requirementsProven analytical skillsProblem-solving attitudeDoes this sound like your next career move?
