Project Manager

Project Manager (GenAI) Certain Advantage are hiring for a Project Manager based in London.This role is on an initial 6-month contract and is required to be onsite 3 days a week.The company: We’re working with a global organisation at the forefront of energy and innovation, with advanced capabilities in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI). The organisation delivers cutting-edge IT solutions to accelerate R&D initiatives, enabling scientific discovery, business transformation, and industry-leading digital applications. Their focus is on leveraging HPC-AI to drive efficiency, insight, and competitive advantage across multiple business areas.We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager who can:

• Deliver programs and projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Implement and maintain effective Change Control, Risk Management, and Reporting.
• Establish and execute Project Governance frameworks.
• Manage Programme Leadership and the Project Natural Team.
• Apply domain knowledge across areas such as Chemicals, Deepwater, Retail, Finance, Legal, HR, and Capital Projects.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in Cloud, Mobile, SaaS, Digital Platforms, ERP, Web Applications, Networking, Workplace Productivity, Compliance, and Cybersecurity.
• Exhibit strong leadership by building and leveraging relationships with senior sponsors, Programme Managers, and key stakeholders.
• Show resilience, communication, and motivation, particularly when leading teams through periods of uncertainty and high-pressure situations.

Mandatory Skills

• Project Management (PM) Certification
• Proficiency in Waterfall & Agile methodologies
