* Collaborate with stakeholders and users to deliver a high-quality IT support experience
* Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Extensive hands-on experience managing MacBook fleets in an enterprise environment (non-negotiable)
* Deep understanding of macOS "under the HOOD", including command-line configuration and system-level troubleshooting

Desirable Experience:
* Experience in regulated industries such as:
o Healthcare (eg NHS)
o Telecommunications
o Finance, product, or design-focused organisations
* Exposure to environments with strong cybersecurity and IT governance practices
* Experience working in both small and large organisations (excluding early-stage startups)
Personal Attributes:
* Proactive, self-starting, and delivery-focused
* Comfortable working with minimal direction and taking ownership of outcomes
* A hands-on problem solver who can propose and implement solutions independently
* Able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
* Patient and user-focused, with a strong service mindset
* "Gets things done" attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Team & Environment:
* Small, collaborative team (6-8 members)

Interview Process:
* Single-stage interview (Microsoft Teams)
o Review of experience and technical capability
