Are you a hands-on Technical Architect looking for your next challenge in SaaS and Microsoft technologies? This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CTO to combine product development with client-facing solution architecture, shaping the evolution of a SaaS platform while delivering bespoke solutions for enterprise clients.

The Role

You'll join and lead a dynamic team driving both the internal SaaS product roadmap and custom implementations for high-profile clients across the private and public sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dual environment, contributing to product innovation while translating client requirements into technical solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of a modern AI-powered SaaS product using C#, .NET, SQL Server, React, and Microsoft Azure.
• Support enterprise customers in deploying, customising, and optimising SaaS solutions.
• Act as the bridge between product teams and clients, ensuring requirements translate into high-quality deliverables.
• Influence technical direction for platform modernisation projects and AI/ML integration.
• Contribute to proposals, technical documentation, demos, webinars, and training sessions.
• Collaborate across geographically distributed teams, sharing knowledge on emerging technologies.
• Work in a client-facing capacity.

What We're Looking For

• 9–12 years' experience in SaaS/product-focused environments.
• 2+ years most recently in a Technical Architect capacity
• Strong hands-on software development skills: C#/.NET, SQL Server, React.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure services, including deployment and Marketplace integration.
• Experience with SaaS product development and private/public cloud offerings.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, propose architectures, and drive solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and commercially aware.

Desirable:

• Experience in SharePoint or Enterprise Content Management.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies applied in enterprise SaaS contexts.
