Out of Hours 2nd Line IT Support Analyst
Location: Borehamwood, WD6 1JD
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Overtime + Excellent Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Shifts outside of our standard operating hours (8am-6pm). The Out of Hours shifts will be on a rota basis and will include weekends.

Are you a 2nd Line Support Engineer ready to take the next step in your career and get more involved in project work
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced technology business where you'll support clients while gaining hands-on exposure to the latest Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server technologies.
Working across both support and project delivery, you'll troubleshoot more complex technical issues, take ownership of problems through to resolution and help deliver technology solutions for our clients.
In addition to this, as our 2nd Line IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Providing 2nd Line technical support across a range of Microsoft technologies
- Troubleshooting and resolving more complex client issues
- Taking ownership of incidents and seeing them through to resolution
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of client projects
- Working with Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server environments
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve technical challenges
- Continuing to build your technical knowledge and project delivery experience
We're ideally looking for someone with 2-3 years' IT support experience who can demonstrate 2nd Line support and project delivery knowledge across a good mix of:
- Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Azure
- Windows Server 2025 and previous versions
- SQL Server
- Active Directory
- PowerShell scripting
- Windows networking, including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Routing, switching and firewalls
You'll also ideally hold relevant Microsoft Associate or Expert certifications.
Don't worry if you haven't worked extensively with every technology on the list. We're particularly interested in people with a strong Microsoft foundation, a genuine enthusiasm for technology and the drive to keep learning.
