Overview The Director of AI & Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering Chambers and Partners’ AI and advanced analytics strategy. Reporting to the Chief Data and AI Officer, this role will shape how advanced analytics and AI are embedded across research, products and operations, ensuring they enhance the quality, consistency and scalability of Chambers’ insights while preserving its trusted expert-led approach. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams spanning data science, analytics and applied AI, translating complex business problems into scalable, ethical and high-impact solutions. You will work closely with Research, Product, Technology, Marketing, Submissions Commercial and Sales teams to ensure insights are actionable, trusted and aligned to Chambers’ core mission. As a visible thought leader, the Director of AI & Analytics will help position Chambers at the forefront of AI-enabled legal market intelligence and champion data-driven decision-making, raise analytical maturity, and enable Chambers to move faster, think deeper and deliver greater value to its global audience. Main Duties and Responsibilities
