Senior DevOps Engineer
- Strict IaC Management: Define, version, and manage multi-cloud GPU and CPU infrastructure strictly through modular, reusable Terraform.
- GitOps & GitFlow: Enforce rigorous GitFlow branching strategies, code reviews, and automated deployment practices for all infrastructure changes.
- Azure DevOps Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain secure, high-speed CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps to automate code promotion and MLOps workflows.
- Incident Management: Lead the response, containment, and resolution of critical platform outages, serving as a primary escalation point for high-priority cloud and infrastructure incidents.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Diagnose complex, low-latency platform bottlenecks, performance regressions, and cloud-to-cloud networking issues, implementing permanent structural fixes to prevent recurrence.
- Third-Party Operational Coordination: Act as the direct engineering point of contact for external support teams, actively collaborating on active incident tickets, complex escalations, and day-to-day infrastructure maintenance.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Document complex technical architectures clearly and articulate system requirements, post-mortems, and engineering strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- AI/ML Platform Automation: Architect and maintain highly available MLOps platforms across AWS and Azure environments.
- Developer Enablement: Build self-service infrastructure tools, deployment templates, and continuous training/inference pipelines to eliminate friction.
We offer an encouraging and collaborative environment, forward-thinking team that views every technical roadblock not as a headache, but as an exciting puzzle to solve. If you love pushing the boundaries of automation and want to turn your intellectual curiosity into production-level reality, this is the place for you.
