Mid Level UX / UI Designer

Norwich (Hybrid)

Our award-winning Norwich-based client is looking for a mid-level UX/UI Designer to join their innovative product team, working on cutting-edge, data-driven platforms within the energy and infrastructure sector.

This role is centred around embedding real user insight into product decisions, helping reduce risk and deliver genuine customer value.

• 2–3 years’ commercial experience in a UX/UI or Product Design role
• Proven experience conducting user research (interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design, problem discovery, and iteration
• Experience designing complex, data-driven interfaces (dashboards, maps, large datasets)
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and design decisions

• Exposure to geospatial, energy, or infrastructure data products
• Experience in agile or discovery-led environments
• Involvement in design systems
• Collaboration with product analytics, research, or commercial teams

You’ll be working as part of a highly collaborative product team, playing a key role in shaping intuitive user experiences and ensuring products are built on real customer needs—not assumptions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK without restrictions
