Change-IT are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a Public Body based in London. This role will operate on a hybrid model, where you will roughly spend 40% of your time on-site.

This is a Permanent role, looking to pay between £45,000-£50,000 annually.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience of Talent Acquisition within an internal environment
  • Experience of recruiting the the IT/Digital space, particularly within Change/Transformation/Project Management.
  • Can manage large volumes of requirements at a time.
  • Effective Sourcing Understanding and capability: experience of fully utilising ATS system and can use creative and effective ways to source candidates.
  • Experience of using different selection/assessment techniques.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, can influence decision-making up to Director and C-Suite levels.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines and against budget.
  • Any experience of working in a Public Sector, Regulator or Financial Services environment is highly desirable.
