Senior Business Change Analyst

I’m looking for a Senior Business Change Analyst to play a key role in transforming how my client runs their fleet operations. You’ll work across operations, engineering, and tech teams to map processes, define requirements, select solutions, and drive real change through to adoption.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract (Not daily rate) which will likely either extend or go permanent.

Its typically 2 days a week in their city centre office so you need to live within commuting distance.

What you’ll do

• Map and redesign critical operational processes
• Gather requirements and lead RFP/vendor selection
• Support system integration and technical solutions
• Shape future-state ways of working
• Drive delivery, change, and user adoption

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Senior BA or Change Analyst
• Strong process mapping and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with transformation programmes and system integration
• Confident bridging business and tech teams
• Bonus: experience in fleet, transport, or logistics
