Chapman Tate Associates is partnering with a forward-thinking organisation to recruit a BI Manager who will play a key role in shaping their data, analytics, and AI capabilities.

💰 £75,000 – £80,000 + benefits

📍 Central London (3 days onsite)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on BI leader to take ownership of the BI function—driving the design, development, and delivery of modern data solutions while leading and mentoring a high-performing team.

🔍 The Role

You’ll be responsible for building and evolving end-to-end BI and analytics solutions—transforming complex business requirements into scalable data products. From data modelling and ETL pipelines through to interactive dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights, you’ll sit at the heart of data-led decision-making.

Working closely with engineering and development teams, you’ll help shape a modern BI architecture using tools like Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, balancing rapid prototyping with robust engineering standards in an agile environment.

💡 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Lead the development of scalable, high-quality BI and reporting solutions

✔️ Translate business needs into effective data models and analytics outputs

✔️ Own BI project delivery, prioritisation, and roadmap planning

✔️ Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and accessibility

✔️ Build proof-of-concepts using AI-enabled and test-and-learn approaches

✔️ Design and implement cloud-based BI architectures

✔️ Develop robust data models (including Star Schemas)

✔️ Mentor and develop a BI team, fostering collaboration and best practice

✔️ Support adoption of AI-enhanced BI tools across the organisation

🧠 About You

🔹 Strong experience delivering BI / analytics solutions in a modern data environment

🔹 Deep expertise across the Microsoft Data Platform (Fabric, Power BI)

🔹 Solid data modelling and data warehousing capabilities

🔹 Proficiency in T-SQL and Python for analytics, automation, or light ML

🔹 Understanding of statistical methods and AI-driven analytics

🔹 Proven experience leading BI or analytics teams

🔹 Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business audiences

🔹 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
