Chapman Tate Associates is proud to be working in partnership with a leading UK-based manufacturing and engineering firm to recruit a talented ERP Technical Analyst with proven expertise in Epicor Kinetic ERP systems.

This is a high-impact role for a hands-on Epicor specialist who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments and is ready to take ownership of a heavily customised Epicor Kinetic cloud deployment. You’ll be the go-to technical expert, driving system improvements, supporting daily operations, and enabling smarter business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level support for Epicor Kinetic ERP across core business functions.
• Lead system enhancement projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage customisations, data migrations, and technical configurations using BAQ, BPM, DMT, and Application Studio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise workflows in manufacturing, inventory, order management, and finance.

Essential Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic in a cloud-based environment.
• Proficiency in BAQ, BPM, Dashboards, Reporting, and Application Studio.
• Solid understanding of financial modules (AP, AR, GL) and operational modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving).
• Experience with Epicor Data Migration Tool (DMT) and system setup.

Desirable Experience

• Industry background in Manufacturing, Mills & Metals, or Distribution.
• Epicor ERP certifications (e.g., Kinetic Certified Consultant).
• Familiarity with workflow automation, BI tools, or other ERP platforms.
