Are you an experienced ERP Project Manager with a proven track record in Epicor ERP implementations? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-value projects and lead them from initiation to successful delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementations – on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans (scope, schedules, budgets, resources).
  • Act as the primary client contact, building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead requirements gathering, project governance, and scope prioritisation.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
  • Oversee and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
  • Deliver post-implementation reviews and continuous improvements.

What we're looking for:

5+ years' experience leading ERP implementations (Epicor ERP essential).

Strong background in project governance & PMO best practice.

Experience managing cross-functional teams & external partners.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong planning, scheduling, and risk management capabilities.

PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM certification (highly desirable).

Bonus points for:

Experience in an Epicor partner organisation.

Knowledge of modules like Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service Management.

Familiarity with Salesforce Certinia PSA and T&M delivery models.
