About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Epicor Developer / Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll shape system architecture, drive innovation, and deliver scalable solutions that directly impact business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust Epicor ERP solutions aligned with business goals
  • Lead system architecture decisions, integrations, and customizations
  • Develop BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and custom modules
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
  • Manage upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements
  • Ensure best practices in security, data integrity, and governance

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred)
  • Proven track record in ERP architecture and solution design
  • Expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, REST APIs, and integrations
  • Experience with BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and Epicor customization tools
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and business processes
  • Ability to lead technical projects and influence stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud deployments (Azure preferred)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Prior experience in a lead or architect role
