GIS Manager – 3D Modelling & Smart Infrastructure

Are you ready to take your GIS expertise to the next level? Our client is expanding their team and looking for a GIS Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge 3D spatial solutions for infrastructure, asset management, and sustainable planning projects.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll:

• Lead and inspire a small but growing team of GIS professionals.
• Drive innovation in space optimisation, sustainability, and asset insights using data from drones, BIM, surveys, and IoT.
• Work across the full Esri stack, FME, 2D/3D datasets, and emerging tech like real-time APIs, AI/LLMs, and IoT integration.
• Engage directly with clients, shaping solutions that influence the built and urban environment.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong GIS technical expertise (Esri, QGIS, Python, SQL).
• Leadership experience with a track record of delivering results.
• A passion for pushing geospatial technology forward.
