The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding existing customer accounts. Working closely with technical teams, you’ll help design tailored IT solutions that align with customer needs while hitting ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business across SME and mid-market clients
- Develop strong long-term relationships with customers and prospects
- Present and position the company’s managed services, cloud solutions, and project offerings
- Work with technical teams to create proposals, scopes, and solution roadmaps
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
- Attend customer meetings, networking events, and industry forums
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling IT solutions, MSP services, or technical products
- Proven success in a B2B sales or business development role
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, cloud services, and IT infrastructure (enough to confidently discuss client needs)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, target-driven mindset
