IT Project Engineer – £35,000 to £50,000 – Eastleigh

The Role

As an IT Project Engineer, you will lead the delivery of technical projects for a wide range of clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, plan and implement solutions, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to drive technical change across customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure and cloud projects for SME and mid-market clients
• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and server technologies
• Migrate systems, applications, and data across platforms
• Produce project documentation, scopes of work, and technical designs
• Work collaboratively with the service desk and technical consultants
• Act as a technical escalation point when required

Technical Skills Desired

• Strong background in an MSP or multi-customer environment
• Microsoft 365 administration and migration experience
• Azure AD, Intune, and cloud service deployment
• Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware
• Networking (Firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
• Backup, DR, and security solutions
