Implementation Manager - PropTech (Yardi Platform)
We’re representing a well-established UK boutique PropTech company with over a decade of success delivering technology solutions to the real estate sector. With a strong reputation and growing client demand, they’re looking for an experienced Implementation Manager with deep expertise in the Yardi platform to lead complex client deployments.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll own the full implementation lifecycle, working closely with property clients to configure solutions, streamline processes, and ensure successful adoption.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning end-to-end delivery of multiple Yardi implementations, from discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support
- Leading detailed discovery sessions to capture business requirements across finance, property management, leasing, and operations teams
- Translating client requirements into functional specifications and configuring Yardi modules (e.g. property management, accounting, leasing) to align with business processes
- Mapping and optimising existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending best-practice solutions aligned to the Yardi platform
- Building and managing detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication plans
- Acting as the primary escalation point for clients, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Coordinating cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, support) to ensure seamless execution and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Overseeing and validating data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and sign-off
- Managing and facilitating UAT cycles, ensuring issues are logged, prioritised, and resolved effectively
- Delivering client training sessions and supporting change management to drive user adoption and confidence
- Leading go-live planning and execution, including cutover strategy and hypercare support
- Monitoring early-stage adoption and performance post go-live, identifying optimisation opportunities and ensuring long-term client success
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience delivering SaaS or PropTech implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with the Yardi platform (essential)
- Good understanding of real estate operations and property management workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a structured, delivery-focused environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
