The Role

As a NetSuite Consultant, you’ll take ownership of delivering NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and optimisation projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, configure the system, streamline processes, and ensure smooth project delivery from discovery to go-live.

This is a client-facing role with plenty of variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a team that values innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support
  • Configure and customise NetSuite modules to meet business needs
  • Analyse current processes and recommend best-practice improvements
  • Create documentation including solution designs, workflows, and functional specs
  • Provide user training, support, and consultancy to clients
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant (Functional, Technical, or Hybrid)
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, or SuiteCommerce
  • Experience delivering implementations or major optimisation projects
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • NetSuite certifications are highly desirable
