Chapman Tate are working with a growing organisation seeking a NetSuite Business Support Analyst to provide hands-on functional support across their NetSuite platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting end-users, improving system adoption, and driving best practice across the business.
The Role
As the NetSuite Business Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for day-to-day system support, ensuring users can effectively navigate NetSuite to carry out their roles. You’ll focus on resolving issues quickly, delivering user training, and building a strong internal knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities
User Support & Issue Resolution
- Respond to NetSuite support requests from business users
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the platform
- Escalate complex defects and enhancement requests to the NetSuite Systems Analysts
Knowledge Management & Training
- Deliver user training, guidance, and “how-to” support
- Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and internal documentation
- Work with the NetSuite delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new business units
Business Engagement
- Partner with business teams to understand operational needs
- Identify opportunities to improve system usage and efficiency
- Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of NetSuite and core business processes
- Proven experience in a functional support or business-facing NetSuite role
- Excellent communication skills with a service-first mindset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Experience creating clear documentation and training materials
