Power BI Developer

Power BI Developer - Contract (Outside IR35) | Hybrid | Competitive Daily Rate

We're currently supporting an established organisation in their search for a Power BI Developer to join on an initial 3-6-month contract. This role is outside IR35 and offers a hybrid working model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded Power BI specialist with strong experience across both front-end visualisation/reporting and back-end data preparation and will be confident working with complex datasets across multiple business units.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions
• Strong skills in data modelling, DAX, and interactive dashboard development
• Familiarity with enterprise reporting environments across multiple locations

• Experienced in extracting, importing, and transforming data from Excel and other spreadsheets

• Solid interface experience with both C# and AS/400 (IBM iSeries)
• Ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into data-driven insights

Additional Details:

• Contract Length: 3-6 months initially (extensions possible)
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35
• Location: Hybrid - 3 days on-site (Midland’s area), 2 days remote
• Start Date: July
• Rate: Competitive (DOE)
