Overview:
Chapman Tate is working with a leading global professional services organisation who are seeking an experienced Product Owner on a 3–6-month contract to support the ongoing development and optimisation of their portal solution.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience with portal products and digital platforms
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Owner in complex, professional, global settings
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related discipline
- Proven ability to work in a data-driven environment, applying insights from AI, big data, and research
- Solid understanding of UX/CX, digital accessibility standards, and user-centred design
- Proficient with Microsoft environments including Windows 7–11, MS Office, Teams, Copilot, etc.
- Excellent English language proficiency and communication skills
- Highly organised self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and enhancement of a business-critical digital portal
- Work closely with UX, engineering, and business teams to gather and prioritise requirements
- Use AI, analytics, big data, and user research to drive product decisions
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
- Ensure accessibility standards and best practices are embedded throughout
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Operate in Agile environments while understanding broader ITIL frameworks
