Are you a Project Manager who knows that a successful merger is about more than just moving data?

At Chapman Tate, we are exclusively partnering with a leading Manufacturer in Birmingham to find a PM who can lead complex business integrations while keeping a human touch.

Mergers and Acquisitions are high-stakes. Our client needs someone who can navigate the technical "bits and bytes" of networking and data, but also lead with compassion for the people behind the processes.

You will be the lead on both full and partial business integrations. From managing 3rd party vendors to pulling together internal development projects, you are the "glue" that ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

🔍 What we’re looking for:

• M&A Experience: You’ve been through the trenches of business integrations before.
• Technical Grip: You can manage networking and data integration workstreams with ease.
• Vendor Management: Experience working closely with 3rd parties to deliver the final solution.
• The "People" Factor: You show genuine empathy for staff going through company changes—you aren't just a spreadsheet driver.

📍 The Logistics:

• Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
• Base: Birmingham (Office-based)
• Travel: UK-wide travel to various sites will be part of the journey.
