Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and business integration projects?
Chapman Tate Associates is exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in Birmingham to recruit a Project Manager who can lead complex business integrations while keeping people at the heart of every project.
M&A is about far more than systems and processes. Our client is looking for someone who can confidently oversee technical integration workstreams—including networking, infrastructure and data—while ensuring teams remain engaged and supported throughout periods of change.
You'll take ownership of both full and partial business integrations, coordinating internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and technical teams to deliver seamless transitions that support the organisation's continued growth.
What we're looking for:
• Demonstrable experience delivering M&A and business integration projects
• Strong technical understanding of networking, infrastructure and data migration workstreams
• Proven experience managing third-party suppliers and external vendors
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A collaborative leadership style with a strong focus on change management and supporting people through transformation
The Role:
• Permanent position
• Salary: £80,000 – £85,000
• Based in Birmingham – 5 days per week on-site
• UK travel to business sites as required
