Overview

Chapman Tate Associates are partnering with a global IT consultancy and services provider seeking a Project Supervisor to support a major site expansion and technology transformation programme. This role is ideal for someone who can supervise projects across IT, engineering, and operations in a regulated environment, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance while supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate project delivery within the Guildford facility.
  • Support identification and implementation of IT and digital solutions to meet operational requirements.
  • Assist in project planning, business cases, stakeholder alignment, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor compliance activities including system validation and change control.
  • Provide supervision for engineering activities, CAD oversight, and design reviews.
  • Guide and mentor junior technical staff, supporting skill development and effective teamwork.
  • Facilitate change management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, policies, and reports.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in chemicals, biotech, materials, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Proven project delivery experience in regulated (GxP) environments.
  • Background in IT, engineering, or technical operations supporting R&D, production, or quality functions.
  • Experience supervising engineering or technical teams.
  • Knowledge of system validation and change control processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
