To support continued EMEA expansion, a fast-growing OT cybersecurity vendor is hiring a Territory Manager for the UK/I.
This is a high-impact, new business-focused role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to capitalise on the rapid growth of OT security.
The Role
You will own and drive the UK/I territory, developing and executing a go-to-market strategy focused on winning new business and expanding strategic accounts.
Working closely with partners, system integrators, and industrial end-users, you’ll position a market-leading secure remote access solution that is critical to modern manufacturing operations.
This is a high-autonomy role with full ownership of your territory and direct influence on regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the UK/I territory strategy to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth
- Build and develop relationships across industrial customers, partners, and system integrators
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within manufacturing and critical infrastructure
- Manage a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting against a €700k quota
- Collaborate with presales, marketing, and customer success to win and expand accounts
- Stay ahead of OT cybersecurity trends and translate them into commercial opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Travel across the UK/I as required
Your Profile
- Proven track record in enterprise sales within cybersecurity, OT, or industrial technology
- Strong new business hunter mentality (this is not an account management role)
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Structured sales approach (e.g. MEDDPICC or similar)
- Confident engaging both IT and OT stakeholders
- Self-sufficient, driven, and comfortable operating with high autonomy
- Motivated by earning potential and exceeding targets
