The Role
As a SAGE 200 / Sicon Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end system implementations, enhancements and support for a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK.
You will:
- Lead the design, configuration and delivery of SAGE 200 and Sicon modules
- Map and optimise processes within manufacturing, construction, and project-based environments
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
- Deliver system training, documentation and ongoing advisory support
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the consultancy as it scales
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Proven experience implementing or supporting SAGE 200, ideally with strong exposure to Sicon modules (Manufacturing, Projects, Barcoding, Service, etc.)
- A solid understanding of finance, inventory, manufacturing, construction workflows or project accounting
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the desire to take ownership of your work
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a growing consultancy environment
