The Role

As a SAGE 200 / Sicon Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end system implementations, enhancements and support for a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK.

You will:

  • Lead the design, configuration and delivery of SAGE 200 and Sicon modules
  • Map and optimise processes within manufacturing, construction, and project-based environments
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
  • Deliver system training, documentation and ongoing advisory support
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the consultancy as it scales

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience implementing or supporting SAGE 200, ideally with strong exposure to Sicon modules (Manufacturing, Projects, Barcoding, Service, etc.)
  • A solid understanding of finance, inventory, manufacturing, construction workflows or project accounting
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the desire to take ownership of your work
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a growing consultancy environment
