We are working with a well-established and growing ERP consultancy seeking an experienced Sage 200 Support Consultant to join their team.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering reliable and efficient support across Sage 200 and associated solutions. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring issues are resolved effectively while maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical and functional support for Sage 200 and related applications
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues in a timely manner
- Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Managing and updating support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities
- Supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and occasional project work
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring a positive support experience
About You
- Proven experience supporting Sage 200 within a consultancy, partner, or end-user environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical and analytical approach
- Experience delivering high-quality customer-focused support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing workload effectively
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
