Location: East Malling (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

Salary: £27,000 base + £10,000 OTE

As an SDR, you will play a key part in generating new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs
• Booking high-quality meetings for senior sales colleagues
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects
• Updating and managing information within CRM systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve lead generation strategies

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence, resilience, and a motivated mindset
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• £27,000 base salary with a realistic £10,000 on-target earnings
• Hybrid working model with 3 days in the East Malling office
